I received this lathe as a gift from an elderly neighbor in August 2011. He was a wood shop teacher with the local public schools. I believe it dates to the 1939-40 based on the serial (6-159), patent decal, and Delta name tag. The schematic inside the switch box was dated 1946. This along with the motor could have been added at a later date.

It came with the following accessories:
• 8 Piece Keystone tool set
• 4 and 12-inch tool support and banjo
• 933 Drive and 934 cup center
• 936 3-inch face plate
• 942 Tailstock wrench
• 951 4-inch independent chuck

Since 2011 I have added a few more accessories as they become available. Including:
