A local cabinet shop was sold. I found this in storage where it sat for years. Both the travel of spindle treadle below and the above guide pin assembly were rusted to their holders. It took over a week to undo the frozen marriages with plenty of penetrating oil and much more patience. Air hose was damaged and spliced. The cabinet shop must have never changed the setting on the guide pin assembly above and left that setting in place for their multiple patterns. It is a beauty now! The shop modified a crank fence assembly to the machine that should be very handy. I rewired the 460 V to 230V and changed the overloads...The machine runs with my 7.5 HP phase converter for a few seconds until it trips a 40 amp breaker. Drawing too much current! Building a 15 HP converter to accommodate 10HP machine.
