This was a pretty rusted up piece. The plith was real bad. I almost considered grinding the top but it did clean up to my liking. New bearings in the spindle (by Rich) and motor made it smooooth! I got the shaper from the same person I bought the 13" Delta planer and the 8" Delta Crescent jointer from. All of them were originally in the maintenance shop at Northwestern University.
