I purchased the table saw at an estate sale in 2003 in the north shore suburbs outside of Chicago. The saw is in as found condition only needing a thin kerf 8 inch blade. The saw still has the original fence that was on the saw at the original point of sale in 1949. The metal skirt has a bit of surface rust on the lower part of the front panel. I thought this table would be a bit under powered because of the small blade but it cuts every bit as good as the larger models that were made after this model was produced. The original switch plate is on the table saw and the motor is orriginal as well. Luckily, the saw works and sounds as ggod as the day it was orignally sold.
