Got this in trade from a fellow owwmer in a nearby town. Was pretty complete needing only a restore and some knobs. Was set up to be a metal/wood cutter with the addition of a larger pulley and a jackshaft. Pictures should tell the story. Large pulley is a nine inch and the smaller two are four step with the large end at 4 and the small end at 1 1/2. throw on a bi metal blade and you are ready to go. cuts very well in both configs but runs a little noisy what with the added jackshaft.
Sorry for the blurry pics ...and lack of overall shots. there are lots of pics of 768s but thought I would share how to set up a good looking metal jackshaft on a 768. jackshaft is 3/4" dia. Bob
