The top wheel has a hole in it where someone tried to fix and is warped, other than that the machine works well. I had it running but the top wheel wobblle to much for me to trust. I tried to find a wheel for it with no luck. Anyone wishing to take it off my hands would be more than welcome as long as I don't incur any cost. I also have a mess of blades that go with it.
