I purchased this C.R. Onsrud Inverted Pin Router from a cabinet manufacture that was sold. It was sitting over 2 years in storage on a pallet. Rust had frozen all the moving parts. The treadle that moves the 3 1/2 HP 220 V motor up and down with foot pressure was rusted in place. The drop down guide pin assembly on the overhead arm that is actuated with air pressure when the pedal is depressed was also frozen tight. A little TLC and both problems were solved without buying additional parts. Now it works just like new. This machine will be a wonderful addition to the shop along with it's older big brother the RO-117H Onsrud Overarm Router. An additional extra 3 1/2 HP 220 V motor was also sitting on the pallet. Today they make the Model 500SS with is almost identical to the Model 2003.
