This saw is in the machine shop building at the Koreshan State Historic Site in Estero, Florida. http://www.floridastateparks.org/koreshan/ The park staff are working on making it operational again, and when I was there they had just installed a reproduction of one of the elevating gears to replace one that was broken. The blade that's on it looks to be made of aluminum, just for show, and there's a spacer on the arbor that looks like copper tubing.
