I aquired this saw from a fellow on castanet , he said he had a saw and sander and a open face polisher ,one price and and come and get it,I get there and find out that he had bought this house complete with a basement room full of tools , but he wasn,t into woodwork. the estate he bought the house from, belonged to a retired RCMP commissioner who travelled around the country buying tools and shipping them home, ( some tools were still in their shipping crates, unopened). I also aquired other tools which I will post later. This saw I believe from looking at other postings on here is from the late forties ( please correct me) it was hardly used as the factory milling on the top of the table shows up quite clear and original. other than some dust and sawdust it was like new condition. It came complete with a T.Eaton, "Edgerite" 1/2 hp motor #E-2590c2, and, which I believe is a aftermarket stand that you would buy as a extra.
