This came from my grandfather's barn, the last time I saw it being used was around when I was 7 years old. Which dates the last use to around 37 years ago. I have the moving parts soaking in Kroil, and most are already moving freely again. The ratchet arm that moves the drill downward is broken, I'll have to figure out a way to fix it or fabricate a new one. No idea of it's age. The pulley was a later addition, tack-welded to the big wheel. It's hard to imagine a factory worker using this with hand power.
