My local friend and fellow OWWM, VM member put this machine into my hands last summer and it sat in a corner until not long ago when I decided I wanted to cut up some straight wood into wavy wood.
Had to cobble a stand out of scrap first and once finished, I rigged a switch and off to town I went on a 1/4" piece of red oak scrap. Table height worked out just as I designed it for standing in front of the table.

I need some practice as demo'd here. Certainly can't seem to cut a straight line.

Have two projects I will use this woodworking machine to fashion over the course of this winter.
