Most likely the 3rd owner. Bought it from a guy in New Jersey. Did a complete overhaul including paint and fabricated (cobbled together) a lower thrust bearing bracket. Neat machine with the Texolite wheels and welded steel frame. Most of it is .125" steel with some places 0.200". Had to redo the logo and will work onthe rear decal in the future.
