Bought this at HGR Industrial Surplus in Euclid,Ohio. I paid $400.00 for it.
I used a needle scaler to remove the old paint, then repainted, surface ground the table, replaced the platen, installed graphite canvas to the platen and replaced the V-belts. The sanding belt runs at 2800sfpm. I use it exclusivly for wood...no metalworking in my woodshop!!! It has a 5hp motor. This sander is great. Its quite, solid and powerful a real asset to my operation.
