Purchased off CL a few months ago and had a relative in Chicago pick it up for me to be delivered on his next visit; he delivered it today. I found it interesting that it is mounted on an old Montgomery Ward washing machine bottom. I think I'll restore that as well and more appropriately remount the saw on it. On my initial inquiry the PO told me it had belonged to his father, who is now deceased. His dad enjoyed wood working but the son does not share his dads interest. Other than some cosmetic needs this saw, inside and out, runs very well. A good cleaning and new paint and it will look new again.
The motor is a Kenmore A.C. Model S-4624,1/3 hp,60cycle,1725rpm,110v.
