My father gave it to me and He got it from a neighbor. As I understand the neighbor it as a retirement gift from Elgin instrument co.? I cleaned it and made two of the oil cups on the ram, reground the advancing cam on the flywheel and made the stand. Added a veriable speed motor and leather belt.
