I picked up this jointer while on a trip to Atlanta at this used tool outfit named "ReTool" for $45. After stripping the crummy red, then brushed white paint jobs I repainted the jointer with a 2-part polyurethane "Awl Grip" mixed to match the grey enamel used by the King-Seeley Corp. of Yipsilanti, Michigan. I mounted the jointer to a new Craftsman stand and mounted a new 1/2-hp 1725 rpm Marathon Electric motor with a 5" machined steel pulley underneath the jointer.
New high speed steel 4-3/8" blades and available from Freud.
Freud's part number for the 4/38" blades is C 330.

Emerson Tool of St. Louis, MO bought out all the King-Seeley designs and parts inventory in 1964 when King-Seeley sold out it's Central Speciality unit.
