I purchased this at an antique flea market over this weekend. The PO bought it at an farm's estate sale and knew nothing of it's history. There is no Mfg. identification. The only identifying markings are: C22X, C21 and C2. Anyone who knows the Mfg, or any information, I would appreciate an email.

edit: completed photo's. No painting just clean up and mounting.
