This vintage photograph was scanned directly off an original Craft Pattern design No. 1043 A Power-Tool Stand by A.Neeley Hall. These plans were available at Sears for customers who did not want to buy the $10.95 metal stands Sears had available at that time and instead wanted to make their own plywood mobile stands for their new Craftsman/King-Seeley Model 100 6" jointer.
My Grandpa bought this actual plan around 1950 and made several of the these type stands on casters for his then brand new Model 80 8" Bench Saw and his Model 100 Drill Press also. They were offered as full sized pattern prints for several Craftsman power tools Sears sold and were really nice well designed mobile stands. A picture of the stand with drawers for a drill press is also posted below with is Craft Pattern No. 1033 A Tool Stand With Drawers by A.Neely Hall Co.
Note: I Do NOT have this No. 1033 pattern print.
The only reason still have this original print is my Grandpa never bought a Craftsman Model 100 6" Jointer like in this picture below so when he bought the A. Neeley Hall Craft Patterns set from Sears this was the only set that he did not use and cut out the full sized paper patterns from. So this original plan is a full sized blue print (36" x 40")that I cannot scan do to it's physical size.
