This motor came with a Craftsman badged Walker-Turner built bench-top shaper (a 99PM2313, the Craftsman equivalent to Walker-Turner's S775/S776). I don't recall anything that suggested that Sears ever sold motors with Walker-Turner badges on them, so this is probably not OE for that machine. (That said, it is interesting to note that this is the motor that Walker Turner recommended for that same model shaper in their catalog.)
I don't know who manufactured the motor, but when I discover that I'll update this listing.
The motor was designed to be reversible, and would have been been used with Walker-Turner's 'Reversing Switch' when supplied with their bench-top shaper. Copies of the catalog images/information on that are included, below.
