Found this on CL for $40 in complete and running condition. Original badge removed by PO and experts on the site couldn't really identify the true manufacturer or possible badged seller. Resembles Black and Decker models of the 30's.

I pulled it apart, replaced bearings, stripped, cleaned, primed, painted and new chord. Original switch still in good working order. Will replace glass at later date. This grinder will be going to my brother for his cabin work shop for sharpening mower blades and whatever. Runs very smooth and quiet. Paint is satin black and cobalt blue metalic. Looks shinier than it should because I sprayed it with clear enamal. Not sure I would do that again - not my best restore because of it, my opinion.
