I won this DP at the ArnFest '11 Silent Auction. It was donated by the 'Colorado Woodworkers' group of OWWMers.
Motor is a 1/3 HP General Electric ball bearing motor.
Nice restoration by this group;all plug and play. I will try to find the spindle cover (condom) or try to fab one. This will be a nice DP for small projects.
Update - 10-23-11; this appears to be similar to an Atlas 42B - manual here: http://vintagemachinery.org/pubs/detail.aspx?id=1830
The upper spindle pulley guard appears to be have been broken, and ground off so that the upper portion is missing, and will not hold the spindle cover. Since that cover holds the spindle pulley down, I will need to fab something that does the same function as the spindle cover and condom.
