I found this saw in the area in the woods on my farm that previous owners used as a dump. As I dug around, I managed to find the rip fence but never did find a miter gauge. Anyway, took it back to the shop, put lots of penetrating fluid on it, and it came apart easily and cleaned up well. Too nice just to junk. It's a tiny saw (table is about 11 X 13"), probably a model-maker's saw. Sadly, no manufacturer's stamp anywhere on it. The saw didn't have a guard, so I installed an old one I found elsewhere that seemed about the right period.
