I am trying to find out what this piece of machinery is. I saw a similar item (grinder No. 5) on your site, but I'm not sure if this a grinder or not. I acquired from an estate sale at a farm. Its about 14" across. I noticed that Indianapolis is misspelled as INDIAPOLIS (missing the "N")
