acquired mid 80s at a woodworking factory's bankruptcy auction in collinwood, tn for $800. the quill bearings, belt and motor were in good shape but the foot operated quill feed had been monkeyed with, so we had to figure out how it went together and had to make some parts. note the pin in the table that will follow a pattern attached to the back of the workpiece. nameplate reads: patent # 1385396, type w244, serial# 6480. it is 5hp, 3 phase, two speed.
