Went to look at a sears/belsaw planer and got this as well, although this was not listed for sale. The "Ott Hardware" decal was a local old school hardware store that closed in the 60s. They had a full on sporting goods department that I loved going to as a kid, guns, fishing, baseball, etc. I was like the proverbial "kid in a candy store" when I went there(didn't usually buy anything but it sure was a cool place).
