Comments:
Bought cheap 5 years ago, came with 2 Carter wheels which I sold and used the 5hp Baldor for a phase converter idler. I didn't really need a 36" bandsaw, but this one came along at the right price so I bought it. No immediate plans to restore, but maybe in the future. Before I found this I looked through the photo index and I always thought the West Side Iron Works were one of the best looking 36" bandsaws. And it just happened to be offered in a nearby town, the seller had to close up shop.
