Comments:
This light duty amateur saw is missing its entire drive mechanism/table. The design is the older version with friction wooden arm connections (no pivot bearings). Seneca Falls Manufacturing's General Line Catalog No. 13, published in 1891 calls out on page 24, The New "RIVAL" Scroll Saw that "... has recently been reconstructed." What caused me to purchase this "unknown" scroll saw was the unique table bottom's universal swivel mount with its confirming June 12, 1877 patent date.
Physical measurements are: 2 feet long, 8 3/4 inch diameter table, 19 1/2 inch oak wood arms, 12 1/4 pounds and 18 inch height from extended upper arm to bottom of 6 3/4 inch diameter driven wheel. Minor cleaning revealed most of the pin striping and the original red paint under the table.

Side view less the table. The bright sun makes the paint job look better than what it is!
