I recently purchased this sawmill and now have it up and running. I am still searching for infromation about it and any help would be appreciated. It was manufactured by Lyons Iron Works in Greene NY, I am guessing around 1900. I think it was originally run by steam power but now uses a D7-8800 cat diesel power plant manufactured in 1949. (I alsö have the original operators manual for the power unit) The photos shown are from when and where I purchased the sawmill. I will add more as it is now soon.
This is a well made saw, and I use it everyday.
