I am not even sure what this is! I think the radial arm was added later it is a Delta. The massive table moves up and down, there are collars for five blades on the mandrel. The fence can be adjusted for angle, bevel and width.
I am guessing that this is a lath mill or a rip saw but I don't really know. The name which is cast right into the frame is Macgregor Gourlet GOY. I have no idea what the GOY is either.
