I bought this at a garage sale today. The seller said he bought it from an older man about 20 yrs. ago. The seller was moving and didn't want to pack it up. I didn't really want this saw. I asked how much he was asking for it and he gave me a very good price. But since I didn't need or really want it, I told him it was more than I wanted to pay for a little 8" saw that I probably wouldn't use but I'd stop back in tomorrow(maybe) and see if he still had it and we could talk about price. He said well if you take it today I'll let you have it for $**.**. That was less than 1/2 what he quoted me to begin with. Heck the motor is worth more than I paid for the whole thing. Now to figure out what to do with it.** I decided to clean it up and paint it. The blade is out about 1/32". It's a pain in the you know what to adjust. I'll probably never use it so I'll take my time getting the motor restored and adjusting the blade. It is cute though.**
