This saw was seen on eBay quite a while ago. I kept a copy of the photos for future reference. From what I have picked up by doing brief research, Tyler Manufacturing designed a spiral cutting blade, including one usable on band saws. They then manufactured a "Spiral Blade Bandsaw" of their own which utilized their blades, and they also designed adapters for other saws to allow them to be converted to use spiral blades.
In the June 1949 Popular Mechanics they have an ad which includes the following: "Delta and Walker-Turner Owners: Adapters available to make your saws perform these miracles. Guides and two Spiral Blades - $24.50"
I have found evidence of two sizes/styles of Tyler saws so far. I am uploading a set of photos for each. I estimated the size for this saw, as I don't have a reported measurement. It definitely looks larger than the 12" Tyler saw. They seem to have used the same factory base.
Tyler used addresses at different times from Santa Monica California and Los Angeles. However this saw had a badge which referenced the UK.
