31-700 "Finishing Machine" Belt/Disc sander. Funny coincidence is that I got this from a guy who was from Czechoslovakia. I think the sander had been there and back and the serial number starts with CZ. I don't know if it had anything to do with paring the weight down for shipping but every non essential guard type part had been removed. I'm on the lookout for these things though I did get the disc guard since it is the same on other Delta disc sanders. I like the machine. I find it useful.
