I bought this on eBay April 1, 2011 the previous owner said he acquired it during the demolition of a building that was a small museum of some sort and he owned it about 10 years. The type 04 is shown in a catalog on pages 29 and 30 in the publication reprints for porter cable machine company. http://vintagemachinery.org/pubs/detail.aspx?id=2353
