I bought this from an elementary school in San Jose. It was pretty dirty when I got it and needed a good cleaning. The entire upper spring cartridge was missing. I replaced it, changed the lube and added the retirement light and caster set. It knocks just a bit so I need to tear down the crankcase and see whats worn out. It runs well enough that it's not high on the priority list.
