Craigslist find. manufactured by Skilsaw, Chicago, Il. this is a heavy castiron beast. I estimate it weighs over 250 pounds. It was necessary to take apart to get in the van.
The motor is actually a skilsaw gear drive 7 1/4 inch handsaw with a castiron mounting bracket to the arm. The motor is intermittent on starting, bad brushes? bad switch? Motor- 115 volt 1ph 14 amp model 825
