Comments:
Acquired at an auction for $10 by a friend. Appears to have been separated from it's jointer sometime prior to 1957. I thought the saw interesting enough to save from the scrap man. Evidently not a coveted saw, but, I am pleased with it.

This may be the 3 HP polyphase motor offered in the literature. It has the advertised 1 1/2 dado capacity. But it appears to have some alteration of the stock motor mount to accommodate the Westinghouse CSA saw motor. 440 volt.

Table scribed to set the miter gauge by. The fence is a one part casting. A screw adjusts a gib to square. The rail is milled in the table. Table tilts right. Very simple. Put it where you want it and lock it.

Saw was originally sold as portable. Handle to lift the cam and roll it. At 675 lbs, saw rolls around better than I would have expected on its wheels.

Very smooth cutting saw. Plenty of power.
