I found this saw advertised locally. The seller said there are no legible markings on it, but it looks like the other Tobrin saws. The only exception would be the blade elevation mechanism, which is more sophisticated than the simple lever found in the Tobrin patent and on the other saws listed here.
The seller reported that there is a 9" blade on it, but it seems likely that a 10" blade would also fit.
