This RAS sold at auction listed as an "Armstrong Cutoff Saw" due to the "Armstrong Brothers Machinery" dealer tag affixed to it. It is a 5hp 3ph saw affixed to a OEM mobile base. It was purchased by the state of Georgia for use in the boys correctional institute in Millageville where I bought it from.
