Comments:
I bought this in Muskegon, MI and restored. New bearings, paint, etc. It runs a leather belt on flat 3 step pulleys with a crank on top to adjust the speed. I don't think the base is original, someone made 2 riser sections. It may have been part of a multi head setup at one time. I've seen a picture of an original one time and it is similar aside from the homemade I-beam risers. Drills nice holes and is plenty strong with a Delta 1/2hp RI motor. Will restore that at some time too.
