I saw this listed with other Craftsman tools on CL, the listing was a few days old but I called and the PO still had this planer and a 12" Craftsman bandsaw. He had bought all of his brother in laws tools after his death. He didn't have 220 power in the little shed this was in so he had not used it since bringing it home. The gear box is loose but other than that everything seems to be in good condition. The motor is a massive Leland Electric 3hp single phase 220. This combo is HEAVY!!! Luckily the PO had a tractor that we used to lift into the back of the truck. It had already been passed over by someone who bought the table saw and drill press, I guess luck was on my side. He was asking $200, but because of the loose gear box I brought it home for $150. It needs new knives and an overhaul but it's a sweet little machine.
