I purchased this in late February, 2011 from a nice family in Saratoga Springs, Utah for $50. The Jointer came on a two column pedestal stand and was painted a dark slate gray. I assume this was the original color. I had wanted a Craftsman tool with this cool type face on the logo and this was the first affordable one that showed up. Since I already have a nice Atlas 6" jointer, I will oprobably just have fun cleaning this up and then sell it to somebody else. I can't see any reason for 4 jointers. Once my shop gets 220 power wired up, I will probably pass on the Atlas as well. In any case, I foolishly forgot to take pictures of this jointer when I picked it up, so these pictures are in the partly disassembled state in which I transported it home.
