This is another great CL find. It was sitting in the PO's rental property garage for over a decade. This RAS is rock solid with zero rust and much of the original paint. It is missing the nose cap, elevation crank, model/serial number badge, some of the name badges, and the start-up key. It does have the AMF/DeWalt badge on the front of the table. For all of $25.00, I picked up the DeWalt GW-I RAS and a pair of lock-jaw pliers. The lock-jaw pliers were being used for the elevation crank. This is either a 1954 or 1955 vintage due to the cast latch miter handle, no model/serial number badge on the column (no holes showing), and the rounded handle (later vintages had squarer handles). Runs fine but, without the auto-brake add-on, takes close to a minute to stop. Can't wait to add the table and start using the saw!!!
Update: all cleaned up, bearings changed, replaced the missing parts, new wiring, Mr Sawdust table built, and moved on to another fellow OWWMer.
