I found this grinder on CL. I have been told that it was made between 1943 to 1947. These pictures show how grinder was at time of purchase. The grinder was missing the main Delta plate that would of said Triple Duty Grinder. And also missing the rear serial number plate that would of been attached on the back of the grinder. It is 1 ph and runs very nice.
