I purchased three tools from Americial Machine & tool co. in early 70's. The table saw was sold to co-worker in 1979. I have held on to the drill press and the spindle shaper. For some reason the instructions and parts list call this amco but the warranty clearly has the American Machine & Tool Co. name at the bottom.
