A No. 177 Variety Saw that I purchased at the final liquidation of Moosehead furniture in Monson, Maine. It has a Rack & Pinion Fence and a Miter Gauge. The saw is direct drive, 5 HP 220/440 volts three phase. This is my 42nd Whitney tabe saw. The auction was long and miserable. I arrived at 7:30 AM and left at 10:00 PM. The temperature in the building never got above freezing. Thanks to Rick Faris for the help in getting my machines loaded.
