Stumbled across this at a yard sale, "It needs a motor" I was told. Motor wasn't seized, didn't smell bad, and the price was so cheap it wasn't much of a gamble. Turned out the wire between the switch and motor was open. New wire, switch and cord, new belts, and she was up and running. I added the wheels, a foot on the opposite side, and hooks for the 2 fences and miter gauge. I had to true up the contact wheel for the disc sander in my metal lathe, works like a champ, just a little slower. Important to slowly feed the comtact wheel in with motor running, and retract before shutting motor off, for best wheel life. Using the table extensions as handles, it's easy to move around. Saw and sander work excellent, jointer needs a little more fine tuning when I get a chance. In service.
