This machine was found in the local dump (land fill) badly rusted with the motor mount broken off, no motor, no handles, no base, no side rails, no switch, no angle pointer and the blade angle adjusting shaft broken off. One side leaf was thown down nearby also badly rusted. Through a stroke of luck I found ANOTHER almost identical Rockwell table saw in the same dump in just as bad a condition but it had a table AND the handles and the blade angle shaft intact. There were no serial numbers on either saw. I was able to restore the first saw by using parts off the second. I had to make a plywood side leaf for the right side as well as new side rails. I also made a motor mount from 3/4" plywood and a large gate hinge. The fence was made from a piece of aluminum from a large satellite antenna mount, the handle from a rowing machine rails, wheels from large castors all found in the dump. The only new purchased items are the saw blade and vee belt.
