I have been reading at OWWM; I mean vintagemachinery for some time, and now I can finally contribute with my first post. Barnes Ripsaw type two with serial number 105 carved on the bottom wood stretcher. It is crank powered and has most of the parts still with it. I am missing one cast iron fence and the optional maple infeed and outfeed tables. The best part is my wife found and bought it for me! It was found in a little antique shop in downtown Garland TX of all places. The seller was about to take it apart and sell the pieces as “wall decoration”. I am soon going to sandblast it, repaint, build the infeed and outfeed tables, and let’er rip. I dont have a clue as to where I am going to find the missing fence.

Painted now, still need belts, fence, and feed tables.
Blade was cleaned using the electrolytic rust removal method.
