This lathe belongs to Gary McNaughton. I am posting with his permission and with his pictures. It is the Model 2400, as opposed to the more common Model 3400. He bought it 15 years ago from the widow of a cabinetmaker. The design is a throwback to an older period than the regular Beaver line of tools. The bed is 54" long, giving a distance between centers of 48". It is currently for sale, and the photos are copied from his on-line ad.
