Comments:
For horizontal cutting in the shop, the Wellsaw 600 is a Cadillac. Very heavy, solid and smooth cutting. This one was initially powered with a 3 phase, 3/4hp motor. I changed it over to 220v 1 phase for my shop. I refurbed this little beauty back to factory fresh condition. It cuts metal like butter with a 3/4" variable pitch bi-metal blade. I run link belts on most of my pulley driven equipment, including this one as it really reduces the noise from the pulleys.

Comments: A couple things I added to this Wellsaw the factory didn't think of ... a couple support rollers on the outboard side, a pair of wheels and machine feet to make it easier to move around and ball-end lever lock bolts on the adjustable blade guides.

Comments: To help manage the mess, I added a chip tray which sits on a couple angle iron supports.

Comments: Here we go ... this cookie sheet was plucked right out of the blue box for a new life not 5 minutes after my wife tossed it!
